Creating Milling Sequences serves as a foundation for manufacturing users specializing in NC Milling. Students learn to create manufacturing assemblies and manufacturing geometry, set up machining operations and tools, and generate Milling sequences, and use post processors to convert Cutter Location (CL) data to machine code. After completing this course, students can follow up with the Complex Milling course to expand their knowledge and skills.
Upon completion of this course, each student should be capable of performing the steps necessary to define a manufacturing milling operation.
