Description:
This course teaches the skills required in using Pro/INTRALINK to manage Pro/ENGINEER designs, as well as traditional engineering data, in a concurrent engineering environment.
To encourage concurrent activities, Pro/INTRALINK provides simultaneous access to information in an Oracle-based database.
Furthermore, students use Pro/INTRALINK to easily manage the inherent dependencies between specific revisions of Pro/ENGINEER objects such as assemblies, parts and drawings.
This course has two primary goals. Firstly, students should understand the capabilities of Pro/INTRALINK. Secondly, to provide them with the knowledge to use Pro/INTRALINK to manage Pro/ENGINEER and other design objects, as well as guide the objects through their lifecycle stages as per the Company's Release Scheme.
